Terms of Service

Welcome to Castashoot. These Terms govern your use of the Castashoot platform (“we”, “us”), operated by Timeless Duodu (sole proprietorship, owner: Timon Duodu), Libellenstrasse 15, 6004 Lucerne, Switzerland. By registering, you accept these Terms.

1. Service

Castashoot is an online marketplace connecting clients (“brands”) with creative talent (models, photographers, MUAs, stylists, videographers, staff). We facilitate contact but are not a party to the agreements made between users.

2. Registration & minimum age

Use is restricted to people aged 18 or older. By registering you confirm that you are of legal age and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

3. Content & conduct

You may not upload or share content that:

• is nude, sexually explicit, pornographic or offensive;
• is unlawful, discriminatory, harassing or fraudulent;
• infringes third-party rights (copyright, trademark, personality rights).

Our Community Guidelines also apply. We may moderate, remove content and suspend accounts.

4. Freemium & paid plans

Basic use is free. Paid plans (Pro, Business) and optional boosts are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime to the end of the period via the customer portal.

5. Liability

We provide no warranty for the formation, content or fulfilment of agreements between users. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in settings. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Changes & governing law

We may amend these Terms and will inform you of material changes. Swiss law applies; place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland, to the extent permitted.
