Right of Withdrawal

This withdrawal policy applies to consumers who take out a paid subscription with Castashoot. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen dayswithout giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital services

Castashoot is a digital service that is provided immediately after the contract is concluded. By beginning to use it, you expressly agree that we should begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract. If the contract is fully performed during the withdrawal period at your request, the right of withdrawal expires. If we begin the service at your request during the withdrawal period and you subsequently withdraw, you owe us a reasonable amount for the service already provided up to the point of withdrawal.
